Stan Corbett has been restoring antiques,  building custom made furniture, and refinishing furniture since 1982.  Since 1992 Stan has enjoyed the distinction of teaching his craft to young deaf students at the Eastern NC School for the Deaf in Wilson, NC, while operating his business at the same time.

Beginning in a small back yard shop building Shaker Reproductions, Corbett progressed to antique restoration which led also into more varied furniture reproductions.  Specializing mainly in furniture repair and refinishing, building case goods and recently exotic wood hand dovetailed boxes.

Corbett's Reproductions also contains an on site showroom, FINER THINGS, displaying antiques, reproductions, and a large inventory of handcrafted boxes.
